What is Healthwatch?
Healthwatch is the independent champion for people who use health and social care services. It exists to ensure that the views and experiences of patients, service users, carers, and the public are heard and taken into account by those who plan, commission, and deliver services. Healthwatch operates at both a local and national level, gathering feedback to drive improvements in care.
How can Healthwatch help me?
Your experience of health and social care matters. Whether you have had a positive experience you want to share, or you have concerns about the quality of care you or a loved one has received, Healthwatch provides a way for your voice to influence real change. Healthwatch can also provide information and signposting to help you find the right services and support in your local area.
